TabTime Medelert: How do I stop my TabTime Medelert's alarm ringing continuously?

There is a tilt switch inside the Medelert which turns the alarm off when it is tipped over to dispense pills.  This can occasionally stick, to solve the problem try the following steps:

1. Leave the batteries out for 1-2 hours and if available try new batteries
2. If this does not work, when the alarm is ringing, hold the Medelert upright in one hand and give it a sharp slap against your other hand as if playing a tambourine. If this does not work, try a harder slap.
3. If that fails please contact us again, you may have a faulty product which we will exchange if it is still in warranty.
