TabTime Medelert: My TabTime Medelert's carousel has stopped turning can you help me?
This can be caused by a build up of static and dust from the tablets inside the carousel. Please take out the batteries and leave them out for 2 hours to allow the device to ‘reset’. While they are out, remove the tablet carousel and clean inside thoroughly with a clean dry cloth, also clean the top edge of the carousel and the inside of the lid. If this doesn't resolve the issue please contact us
