Dementia Help is a free online resource offering advice and support to family carers looking after a loved one living with dementia. It was launched by experienced writer and editor Christina Neal in February 2017 after caring for her late mother, Hazel, for almost ten years. Friendly, informative and supportive, the Dementia Help website and social media platforms host a wealth of content on the practical challenges of being a carer from diagnosis through to the late stages of the condition. It also offers advice on coping with the emotional challenges of being a carer. Our practical advice is always from the heart and based on personal experience.
