We purchased an Automatic Pill Dispenser for my father; unfortunately he was unable to use it (nothing to do with the product, which was fine). We returned it to Tab Time for a refund and we received this refund within 4 days.
Very impressed with the service we received.
After years of struggling to get my mum, who has vascular dementia, to take her medication, I was told about the Tab Time Automatic Tablet Dispenser. I immediately ordered the dispenser, a spare tray and spare key. I was a bit dubious about how effective it would be but it’s a total game changer. My mum took around 80% of her meds compared to about 20% before we got the Tab Time. She’s just finished her first week of use and I’m really happy with it so far.
I ordered the spare tray so I can have it filled and ready to swap over before the first one has emptied. It’s sturdy and comes with a lid and spare paper inserts for the slots. I have to fill the dispenser myself as the pharmacist doesn’t offer that option.
I purchased the first automatic pill dispenser about 6 months ago and the battery cover broke recently so the dispenser did not work properly if the batteries moved. I emailed Tabtime 3 times to ask if I could get a replacement battery cover but heard nothing. My only option was to buy another. Hence there’s definitely room for improvement in the customer service and availability in spare parts!
We got this a couple of months ago. At first Mum (94) said "I don't need that!" and tried her best to ignore it, so we still had to ring her twice a day to make sure she'd taken her morning and evening tablets. Then after a couple of weeks and a change of the reminder tone, she said "This is really clever!" and has used it happily since (apart from the occasional grumble about the cost). From our point of view, no longer having to worry if she's taken them at all or if she's taken a double dose, worth every penny!
Great product - kept forgetting my pills as I ignored the alarms on my phone but now with TABTIME dispenser I have not forgotten once. I would deffinitely recommend !
